Doctoral schools

The Institute is associated with two doctoral schools: ED 563 “Medication, Toxicology, Chemistry, Imaging” (MTCI) and ED 562 “Bio Sorbonne Paris Cité” (BioSPC).

ED MTCI

The doctoral school Medicine, Toxicology, Chemistry, Imaging, (MTCI ED 563) covers a broad multi-disciplinary field, ranging from fundamental issues to clinical applications, with biomedical and therapeutic research as a common thread. The objective of the doctoral school is to offer PhD students a rich and stimulating multidisciplinary environment, allowing them to enrich their initial skills to better understand problems at the interfaces of chemistry/biology/health.
To this end, it relies on a set of internationally recognized research teams, capable of offering very high-level research training. Read more

BioSPC

The BioSPC Doctoral School encompasses a wide range of fields and disciplines in Biology, offering an extensive selection of excellent host laboratories for thesis and HDR preparation. The scientific scope of the BioSPC Doctoral School includes fundamental mechanisms of living organisms, genetics, immunology, infectiology, physiology, and pathology. Read more
